Nice building in Bay Ridge

Pros:
Attentive super, clean, recycling collected daily
Cons:
Bell for downstairs and personal door sounds same, management is not very nice and even rude sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and be respectful of them. Don’t be rude for no reason.
