Pros:
Great heat, secure building, neighbors are quiet and don’t disturb, clean, convenient, has elevator on site
Cons:
Laundry in building but no one uses as its only one machine, some pests but pest control comes consistently, floors need to be fixed
Advice to owner:
Fix apartment floors and respond to issues in a timely manner
