    Sweet Spot in a Diverse Neighborhood

    Pros:
    Spacious; proximity to train and amenities; tree lined street; neighbors are friendly and look out for one another
    Cons:
    No outdoor space, needs updating, no super on site, packages go missing,
    Advice to owner:
    Replace old drafty windows, increase cleaning of common areas
