This place needs way more care, or maybe a new Super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The overall all neighborhood is nice and safe in comparison with other places in the city. The elevator is pretty reliable, the building is very quite, there are a lot of stores and other business nearby.
Cons:
Where to begin, I have seen tue same 5 dead roaches in the same place in the laundry room for the las 3 weeks, my house is always clean and always find at least a roach every 1 or 2. The whole basement is dirty, the room where the garbage shut is alway nasty, the laundry room is nasty and machine breaks down regularly, I saw a bucket full of water with a mot inside in the middle of the hallway for over a week. The super have been at the job for a very long time and has become complacent. Finally, the building is in front of the favorite path of all emergency service, so there is constant sirens noise whether it is police, ambulance or firefighters. I can’t believe that people pay over 300 thousands for a 1 or 2 be apt. and to top it off pay for non existent maintenance.
Advice to owner:
You might not be able to control the outside issues like the noise, you can definitely improve what’s going on in the building, specially the hygiene.
