Pros
Backyard is cute, neighbor is nice.
Cons
We dealt with constant leaks in both bedrooms, especially the big leaks through the main bedroom window, plus scattered leaks throughout the living room. As if that wasn't enough, pests during the spring, summer and fall were always present. From big garden ants, to cockroaches coming up from the basement in our hallway. The bathroom was a hazard, between the rusty bathtub, to the mold all over the ceiling and walls that wouldn't come off with all the bleach in the world. Lastly, the electrical grid in that building was dangerous in itself, sparks shooting out of electrical outlets in the living room when you would plug things in. Just a warning, if you were thinking of renting out this apartment, what it comes with. And that's not including how the landlord, Jimmy, wouldn't fix things in the apartment when they would break or be faulty. We decided to move out early April since we are looking to expand our family and can't do so in such a hazardous place. Beware.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and attentive of the hazards in the apt.
