Roach & Rat infested nightmare. I moved out ASAP

Pros:
Non except that the garbage is always cleaned by the super. He does a great job.
Cons:
They can not rent out this building to at all until it gets proper renovation. Everyone moves out and moves in extremely fast except those that can’t afford to leave. The realtor that rents this building gets away with this. They don’t hire professionals to fix their grave violations and problems. This building is a nightmare. Everyone complains but people don’t know about this app need to get on here and show pictures of their house. This is neglect.
