Beautiful maintenance outside
Cons:
Neighbors that bang throughout the night and rats!!!
Advice to owner:
Make sure the pests are under control and enforce the rug rule

Decent building, but dated in need of good cleaning.

Solid garbage collection, monthly exterminating, rent stabilized building
Cons:
Building desperately needs renovation + deep cleaning; issues with neighbors who unrealistically expect you to be quiet all the time.
