Amazing super, horrid management

Pros:
Amazing super that lives in the building.
Quiet street.
Close to park.
Cons:
Management is horrible - tons of reviews online about these slumlords.
Train is a good walk away.
Apartments need renovation.
Advice to owner:
No advice could change someone's racism, homophobia, greed, and all around rudeness.
