Great neighbors make up for invisible management

Pros:
I loved the neighbors in the building. Great people, considerate and mostly quiet.
The units are clean and there’s pest control twice a month.
Cons:
The owners pretended like they didn’t get complaints. Outstanding issues remain outstanding unless you call DAILY
Advice to owner:
You have a nice building. Care for it so it doesn’t fall apart internally. Painting brick doesn’t allow brick to do its job and be porous so mold develops internally if not insulated properly.
