Suggest stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet. Relatively cheap. Allowed cats. Fantastic water pressure (when the water isn’t turned off). Immediate hot water (unless it’s turned off).
Cons:
Water went out a lot. Hot water went out a lot. Pest control offered once a month but it didn’t do much to combat the building pest problem. Halls are disgusting. Super is difficult to work with and very strange. Owners are terrible. Laundry is only accessible by walking outside around the trash heaps. It’s two washers and one dryer for 30+ tenants and half the time they’re broke. They’re always disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Tell super to straighten up. Keep the building clean. Stop saying there is laundry in the building when there isn’t.
