Abusive and discriminatory landlord

Rent stabilized building
Cons:
This landlord is verbally abusive, has insulted and berated women tenants including myself, has openly admitted to not wanting people of color even near his building to do maintenance work. He neglects the apartments for several years and has multiple 311 violations including hot water
Advice to owner:
Give up the building as you are not suited for this
