Wouldn’t send my worst nightmare to live here.

Pros:
Not much in all honestly.
Cons:
Horrible, horrible landlord. Some neighbors are VERY rude and noisy. Too much strollers stored in the lobby out in the open.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building you’re a horrible landlord.

No heat
Superintendent works for landlord
No help from the office
Lots of complaints at 311

Only help is to go at the courthouse
