    Pros:
    there is nothing good. building is always filthy .
    Cons:
    the super is never available . leaves other people in charge. when calles into a apartment for emergency they say they are going to come back and never do . get upset when the office is called .
    Advice to owner:
    bring people who know to manage a building.
