    Advice to owner:
    Quit and get someone else to do the job, and stop wasting my peoples time & money.

    Cheap but Terrible

    Pros:
    The apartment was pretty cheap, at least when I first rented, and its rent stabilized.
    Cons:
    Because it’s rent stabilized, they have no loyalty to the tenant and will do anything to get existing tenants to move out. I have had NO HEAT ever since I moved in despite complaining.
