Great first apartment!
Pros
I love that I have a balcony, and the air conditioning in my unit is awesome. The roof also has a pretty decent view, I can see Manhattan and Luna Park in Coney Island from it. The location in general is quite nice I think, at least given there’s schools nearby and I feel safe walking alone at night as someone who is not often safe doing so. There’s a gym in the building, and a washer/dryer in my unit. I believe pets are allowed, but up to the owner of the apartment (which I am not). There’s also an elevator in the building which is great.
Cons
The mail room’s always a bit crazy and there’ll be large packages there for days. Other than that, I truly don’t have any other constructive criticism to offer!
