Warning for 6th flr

Pros:
Super is friendly, management is responsive, the area is generally safe.
Cons:
My neighbor would not stop shouting (whether 1pm or 4am, etc), and the last straw was when she verbally assaulted me on the street while I was with family. The traffic on the pkwy was also loud, but compared to her shouting and threats I actually didn't mind it.
Advice to owner:
sound proofing...
