Affordable Apartment minor issues

Affordable and really good area to live in
Cons:
Management is almost impossible to get ahold of without speaking to broker first.

Had an elevator
Cons:
Roaches, dirty, always smelled, never clean. I parking at anytime. Loud neighbors. Unresponsive management
Advice to owner:
Do better, you need to make sure there aren’t rats and roaches.
