    Pros:
    I had a great experience with this landlord! They were super accommodating and genuinely nice throughout my stay. They were very flexible with rent payments, which made things much easier. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and recently updated. Highly recommend renting from them!
    Cons:
    The neighbors were pretty strict about separating recycling but not a big deal as long as you sorted it beforehand
