Pros:
Only one thing that I like. This is convenient place. There are many stores on the next avenue and beautiful park across the street
Cons:
The building is not clean, especially lift doors. There are many cockroaches and mice. There’s not working garbage chute. Not so clear who is supervisor. This is community building and director of the board performs supervise duties. This is very rude and impudent women. She does not want to solve any problems related to the operation of apartments. About heat. If you don’t make 311 complains , you don’t have heat. About owner of apartment. The owner wants only making money, not more. We have a bad kitchen. This kitchen has very old appliances and counter, broken floor. The walls of rooms have a crackers and not clean.
Advice to owner:
I don’t have any advices , because if the owner would be good, the building would be clean, nice and comfortable for living.
