Worst neighbors ever don't do it landlord doesn't do jack shit

Pros:
Good apartment nice price good subway access
Cons:
The landlord literally never fixes a goddamn thing and the neighbors in 1b are running an illegal daycare or some shit out of the apartment. They have unsupervised TODDLERS running and screaming through the hallway all goddamn day and it's fuckin L O U D. Nobody works there it's just children screaming 24/7 don't rent here

Do your fucking job and actually manage your property
