Pros:
The management office responds to requests quickly. The unit has a washer and dryer
Cons:
The building is extremely dirty. The super Harry is irresponsible - he will schedule appointments and will not show up, will tell you he will go get some tools and come right back and will disappear for hours or not return at all. He will only do the work after you complain to the management about him.
Advice to owner:
Please hire a new super

Pests, rats, not clean, dirty hallways, compactor room full of roaches, when you dont pay rent for a week they start calling
