    Pros:
    Nothing I liked about the building
    Cons:
    Hallway is dirty, apartment is full of rats and roaches don't really fix anything but wanna go up on rent and charge for heat throughout the year even in the summer time
    Advice to owner:
    Do your job and fix your building and apartments
