    Pros:
    Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My apartment was gut renovated so I have nice appliances and a clean bathroom
    Cons:
    Bored teenagers vandalize common areas. Since covid it has been difficult to get an exterminator. Every single one of my packages gets stolen, but I don’t know if that’s someone actually in the building.

    It is a large rent stabilized building that is in a quiet area, and close to the train.

    A lot of cockroaches, loud upstairs neighbors up all night, walls/ceiling flooded from above unit several times
