Old building with lots of issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly
Cons:
This is an old building, so with an old building comes a lot of issues such as water bugs throughout the building and sometimes in your apartment. This building also has an issue with leaks coming from other apartments such as leaks coming from your ceiling, the building also sometimes has a nasty smell of sewage.
Advice to owner:
Work on fixing the issue as a whole instead of just the surface level.

Former Tenant
Pros:
I have none
Cons:
One time I got stuck in the elevator there is a horrible smell of cigarette smell on the 5th floor and there are dead cockroaches everyone and a lot of cockroaches inside the building and honestly it’s just got worth it especially since the rent is $1.550k
