Good if you have a family and want something quiet

Pros:
Lots of families. People are generally nice and the super is too.
Cons:
The smell and lack of care property owner gave toward landscaping of the front. People may not be the wealthiest but that doesnt mean they dont deserve beauty.
Advice to owner:
To landscape the front and have better communication with residents when things are out of service. Also to pay the super.
