There's Maintenance Issues

Pros:
Neighbors are amazing
Cons:
Not clean. Landlord doesn't listen. Landlord is full of lies. Dirty building. Landlord do not get repairs done.
Advice to owner:
In order to live in peace, it's important to provide peace to tenants. Learn to be honest and wise. Keep the building clean.
