Awful building, do not recommend.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments. Good super. Decent pricing.
Cons:
Building has vermin, dirty. Can not access basement after 7pm. Broken windows, floors, ceilings. Coffee spilled on the floor and leaked into the neighbors bedroom below. Druggies allowed to loiter. Cameras not functioning properly.
Advice to owner:
Just tear down the building and start over.

Good place to live but a lot to be desired
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord and super that live in the building are very responsive. Good place for families and close to b82 bus and walking distance to b/q train. Close to all stores.
Cons:
Issues with pest control and some tenants are super noisy packing out a one bedroom apartment and stomping on the floors all night. Issues with packages getting stolen.
