Good location, crazy tenants
Pros
The landlord is an individual, not a management company, so it is easier to get a hold of him for repairs, although he does not address them in a timely manner.the location is nice, close to Kings Highway shops and transit.
Cons
Ceiling caved in and it took over a month of pestering the landlord to start repairs. There were also tenants there who threw loud parties all night, many other tenants called 311 for noise often but the problem never stopped. One of the tenants on the 3rd floor repeatedly yelled and me and threatened me, I fear for his wife and children.
