Good place to live

Pros

Not many units, modern and updated, super is very nice and tries to accommodate

Cons

When it gets below freezing, some pipes will freeze and some apartments have lost water for several days in the past. Problem gets fixed after a bit each time, but not sure if it has been permanently repaired.

Pros

Large Spacious Apartments, in an elevator builiding. Great appliances including in unit washer and dryer. Friendly super, and responsive owner.

Cons

Neighbors were noisy and had a roach problem they refused to address that caused problems for us later on.

Advice to the owners

Too Expensive, but he's great, super respectful and accomodating.
