    Pros:
    Great location, elevator access, laundromat.
    Cons:
    Lazy live in super, roach & moth problems, noisy street (incessant honking) slapstick/poor repairs.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a new super, renovate elevator, repaint interior of building.
