Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, quiet and the porter john is very nice
Cons:
Laundry machines are always broken, high roach activity, rodent activity in basement. Very low response from management
Over 2 years ago
Decent modern apartment (slightly overpriced)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large living room (separate kitchen, foyer, step down living room)
Cons:
Tiny bedrooms, small bathroom, poor construction
Advice to owner:
Heating needs to be consistent. Repairs need to be followed up in a much more timely manner (it isn’t the worst but it takes multiple attempts) POST OFFICE HOURS
