Look someewhere else

Pros:
Exterminator comes every month. But not on the same day or time so if you work you miss him.
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, people dont throw garbage away properly, building doors slam, leaks are never fixed properly.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants.

Roaches, dirty apartments, and old

Pros:
Consistent heat and hot water, always cozy in the winter. Affordable price for spacious studio.
Cons:
Roaches...unavoidable. In the elevator, your apartment, lobby, and laundry room. Apartment never cleaned properly prior to move in, difficult to clean and maintain (poor condition). Multiple things broke down while living here. Loud neighbors. Poor maintenance of outside.
Advice to owner:
Clean your apartments before people move in.

Not ideal building to live in.

Pros:
Building has buzzing system and elevator.
Cons:
Everything from loud neighbors (and their children), lack of pest control, lack of care from the super and no urgency from the landlords.
Advice to owner:
Hire someone new to care for the property, replace all of the old and broken things including the mailboxes, front door and heating system.
