A landlord who won't give a peace and makes empty promises.
Pros
Quiet street, family oriented neighborhood, and nice window on the front 2nd floor apartment.
Cons
The landlord is processing tenants, he brings them in and runs them out just to raise the rent, in the vain hope that the someone will over look the worn out infrastructure of the building and buy it from him for multiple millions.
Advice to the owners
Be honest. Don't make empty manipulative promises. Be considerate of seniors and families with young children. Make repairs in a meaningful way.
