Pros:
Neighborhood is safe
Cons:
Neighbors are rude, rowdy and loud. This building is old and these walls are thin. So if you don’t want people listening to your conversation, I suggest looking somewhere else.
Advice to owner:
To be more organized and attentive to tenants requests.
