HORRIBLE LANDLORD- do not rent!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area, near ocean parkway, local supermarkets.
Cons:
- mice and roaches - landlord never brought anyone - no heat , landlord had control and never turned it on - landlord lowered water pressure - raised rent $500 every 4 months - landlord doesn’t fix anything in the house
Advice to owner:
Do not list your property for rent unless you fix all the problem.

Horrible To Buy House From
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are awesome! Super nice and friendly. However next door to the house White building not the yellow, the lady upstairs is super nasty. Never gives kids a face and slams door at the kids.
Cons:
Heat is NEVER on. Even on the snowy days, nobody turns on the heat. The windows are broken and the owner refuses to fix it, along with that there’s TONS of roaches in the building and the owner doesn’t bother bringing an exterminator to fix the problem. Owner doesn’t bother listening. I wish to give 0 stars.
Advice to owner:
Like he gets paid, he should also listen and fix things that are broken.
