Not really a good building to live in

Pros:
- Probably the price I paid when I rented it.
Cons:
- Packages get stolen - Dirty - Dim lights - Cockroach infestation - Not upgrading anything - Slow on fixing things

Slumlord. Terrible building.

Pros:
Corner apartments with lots of light
Cons:
Front door always broken. Elevator never works. Filthy. Nothing ever cleaned. Roaches and rats everywhere. Drug dealers in building. Junkies in building. Unsafe conditions. Landlord fixes nothing. Landlord will drag you to court over a $1 for something he did wrong. Everyone smokes in the halls.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building to someone who will actually take care of it.
