    Finally found peace in NYC
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Predominantly working professionals — lots of lawyers in the neighborhood. It’s actually quiet for once. Respectful neighbors, no drama, and management seems to understand boundaries. Solid spot.
    Cons:
    Walls are still thin, like many other NYC residential properties.
    I can hear my neighbors’ kids like they’re in the room with me — every tantrum, every cartoon. Not ideal if you work from home or just value peace.
