Predominantly working professionals — lots of lawyers in the neighborhood. It’s actually quiet for once. Respectful neighbors, no drama, and management seems to understand boundaries. Solid spot.
Walls are still thin, like many other NYC residential properties. I can hear my neighbors’ kids like they’re in the room with me — every tantrum, every cartoon. Not ideal if you work from home or just value peace.
