Lovely area and with the exception of the kitchen, nice space.
Loft living id terrible to deal with, avoid any building they manage if possible. Terrible water pressure, bad detail finishing, brown water comes out of faucets with relative frequency. Tiny tiny kitchen, the oven barely works and sets off the smoke alarm.
improve responsiveness, clean and better yet, replace old appliances.
