old building that hasn't been renovated in decades. everything is falling apart. if something breaks such as old pipes bursting, landlord's first reaction is to blame you and threatens to charge you for the problem. always hires cheap workers, and puts band-aid on problems instead of fixing them properly. he has a habit of discriminating against single moms and constantly yells and calls you names.

be a better human and take care of your tenants that's putting money in your pockets
