    my personal experience moving into this building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    nice neighborhood,no street cleaning manangable street parking,nice and quite people
    Cons:
    landlord is an asian lady who is very racist no regard for privacy budges into the apartment anytime she wants takes pictures from the windows,does not turn on heat
    Advice to owner:
    turn on the heat
    not be racist
    not budge into peoples home once you rent them
    not take pictures from the windows
