Room for improvement

Pros:
Lobby is mostly clean.
Cons:
Residential corridors are extremely hot in the summer. No ventilation. Water runs rusty from the tub and shower. Garbage is not upkept. Rooms get filled with trash because the chute door is so old and small.
Advice to owner:
Care more about the building
