    Clean building, quiet area, poor management response

    • Building is generally clean
    • Quiet neighbors
    • Normal, calm residential area
    • No major issues if you maintain cleanliness inside your apartment
    Cons:
    • Owner/management is very unresponsive
    • Heating system is unreliable and does not work properly in winter
    • Apartments can get extremely cold without additional heating
    • Maintenance requests (including wall damage) have gone unanswered for years
    • Lower floors can be problematic if cleanliness is not strictly maintained
    Advice to owner:
    Improve responsiveness to tenant emails and maintenance requests, especially regarding heating and structural issues. Address long-standing repairs in a timely manner and ensure the heating system works properly during winter.
