Need major improvements

Large rooms, high celings

Cons

Maintenance of the building interior and exterior has been horrible. There are new rat sightings around the building. Also pest noise in the walls.

Advice to the owners

Clean exterior and interior of the building. Put down poison for pest control or call pet control

Neighbors steal packages, sometimes there’s no heat in the winter, and there’s no hot water.
