Has potential if it wasnt for mold and rodents

Pros:
Accessible to transportation. Nice area and nice neighbors
Cons:
On the outside it looks like a well maintained building but once you live here it’s a wrap for that delusion. The building is infested with mice and roaches. No matter what you do they don’t seem to go away. There’s a disturbing amount of mold in my bathroom. The super is aggressive and doesn’t help with any of your issues . Most neighbors are quiet and nice but there’s a few that can act a lil trashy.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new super and actually exterminate the rodents… not just spraying stuff

Pros:
Most of the year the neighbors are quiet. Most of the building is clean. The super is very nice and responsive/helpful. Most of the neighbors are nice and helpful.
Cons:
The building management, Halil, is TERRIBLE! He does not respond to emails nor does his assistants and when they do they are nasty and unprofessional. The building does not give sufficient heat during the coldest winter days. The apartments are usually freezing!!!! The laundry machines in the basement do not work and there’s only 6 dryers and 6 washers. There’s plentiful room to add more- they just won’t. I do not have a pest issue. However, I often see most people in the building sign up for pest control- listing mice and roaches as their issue. Sometimes, the super’s son comes when you reach out to the super. His son is rude and obnoxious. No 2 bedrooms available. Only studios and 1 bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
Give the tenants sufficient heat and stop letting the super’s son tend to tenants. He is rude and obnoxious!
