Nice but noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall the building is well-maintained. The super is wonderful and responsive. The residents, in general, are friendly.
Cons:
One huge problem. Noise. Apparently, there's not much soundproofing between floors and walls. I would recommend the place to others, but would make them aware of the noise levels.
Advice to owner:
Add some sound-proofing between floors and walls.
