    Live here only if you like fighting for basic tenant rights.

    Pros:
    Apartment is on the first floor which is great for grocery hauls etc.
    Cons:
    Ongoing mice issue that never seems to be rectified. Brown water coming from the kitchen sink. Low water pressure and the water gets scalding hot in the winter.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a property manager if you don’t like dealing with tenant issues.
