Avoid This Place!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to public transportation.
Cons:
Not kept up properly! Mold, cracks in the wall, bathroom needs serious repairs, sinks in both the kitchen and the bathroom leaks. Roof constantly leaks and there is mold in the ceiling. Needs new stove. Paying the lights for the landlord who lives in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Stop stealing from your tenants. You illegally had your previous tenants paying to heat the whole house. While you were paying $100.00. You have to do better!!
