The racist landlords and no heat

Pros:
I didn’t like nothing about this property
Cons:
The bldg is Mice infested, we was called black b••••. We had no heat all winter long and was cursed out because we asked for heat. We were called Niggers and everything you can name. Several times we will wake up and she’s in our apartment walking around
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent to no one/ you don’t know how to be a landlord
