Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood, people in the area, and stores.
Cons:
Landlord does not take care of anything and you pretty much become your own landlord and have to repair everything out of pocket. The house is infested and im talking should be shutdown for that. Your money is invested in repairing the landlord apartment and lifestyle. Barely can sleep due to the noise level. If you think you're getting security deposit back than think again.
Advice to owner:
Sell the house and no longer be a owner of properties.
