    Bad management nothing gets fixed

    Pros:
    None horrible super and management
    Cons:
    Super doesn't sweep or map the floors,also very disrespectful with the tenants,never answers the phone if u have an emergency and he's very selfish.
    He needs to be fired
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a new super and fix people's apartments

    No heat at night or in the middle of a day .only in the morning and around 6 pm
